Shipping & Returns
What does shipping cost?
We work hard to keep shipping cost low. We use First class US mail for items under 13oz. And use flat rate US priority mail for the heavy locks and items over 13 oz.
We will not ship items Internationally marked as gifts. You must pay VAT and or duties on your end. Internation shipping does not include tracking the USPO does not offer it. We ship Internationally at your risk.
We don’t add any handling fees.
When does my order ship?
Orders ship the next business day after they are placed (unless the item you ordered is out of stock). You will receive an email letting you know that your order was shipped.
We charge tax on all orders within California. We do not charge tax on shipping charges.
Easy Returns & Exchanges:
Tallac thrives on customer satisfaction.
New, unused products with a receipt may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the item(s) we will credit your account. That's it.
Having difficulty installing one of our products?
We are sorry that you had a negative experience installing one of our products. We would like to help. Please contact us by email "firstname.lastname@example.org" and include you phone number we will give you a call. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue so you won’t need to hassle with returning it.
How to return a recent order (within 30 days of purchase)
Place the items you are returning in a box.
Include a print out your receipt
Address the package to:

Ship the package to Tallac via US Mail. (Please do not purchase shipping insurance. It’s not required.)
